A plan with dates on it.

We build your full financial picture, income, housing, transport, insurance, debt, savings, then turn it into a written Mapped-Out Game Plan you take home with you.

A written plan with real dates, and a lifetime Zeroline license to run it long after our sessions end.

  • Written action plan
  • Zeroline lifetime license
  • Progress you can see

Sound familiar?

These are the moments people call us. Here's what changes when you do.

You budget in your head and it never survives the month.

A real plan on paper, with dated goals and someone checking in.

You don't know what you can actually afford.

We turn your numbers into an honest housing number before you shop.

One emergency undoes six months of progress.

We build the cushion first, at a pace your income can carry.

Advice ends when the session ends.

Your plan lives in Zeroline, owned once, not rented monthly.

You leave your first session holding a plan

Every HomeCertain consultation produces your Mapped-Out Game Plan, a written document you keep. Not advice you try to remember, a plan you can hold.

1

Putting all of your options on the table

We map up to three realistic paths to the home you want, written out in plain language so nothing lives only in your head.

2

Steps involved in each option

Every path gets its own list of steps, in order, so you can see exactly what each one asks of you.

3

The breakdown

Real numbers for each option: what it costs, what it saves, how long it takes.

4

Decision-making matrix

Pros and cons side by side, so the choice is yours and it is an informed one.

5

Your S.M.A.R.T. goal

Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timebound. Goals without deadlines are dreams.

Example S.M.A.R.T. goal

By the end of the first quarter of 2030, my goal is to purchase a $430,000 home with cash. To get there I will address my current $91,000 debt and treat the $60,000 I save annually as a line on my debt snowball, reducing debt by at least $15,000 a year and tracking progress monthly.

Questions people ask first

What happens after I submit the form?

Your counselor reviews your numbers, and you'll be invited to claim your lifetime Zeroline license, the tool your action plan is built in.

Is Zeroline a monthly subscription?

No. It's a one-time lifetime license, so the plan keeps working after our sessions end.

Do I need perfect numbers to start?

No. Estimates are fine, your counselor refines them with you in the first session.
